Standard Questions Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns in their original condition—Marmar Swim reserves the right to not accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way with tags and liners attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. A returns processing fee of $6.95 applies per return order, and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please note that Route Shipping insurance is non-refundable, even if a product is returned.

We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees. Route Shipping is non-refundable even if a product is returned.

If there is an active sale or marked down items, please refer to our sale return policy.

Sale items
All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, or refunds. We will make a size exchange if needed but you must let us know Within 7 days of purchase.

If a returned item is not in good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving the goods, the item will not be accepted nor refunded by Marmar swim. The items will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a shipping fee. 

When placing an order with Marmar Swim, please provide a delivery address where delivery can occur safely and securely without risk of loss, damage, or theft. Once merchandise is delivered, you or someone you should trust should be able to retrieve it promptly.
